After learning there was a local studio in Lake Placid, Sarah rediscovered her love for the discipline and it quickly became a central part of her health and fitness routine. Consistently practicing Pilates has allowed her to focus on mindful movement, maintaining mobility and strength as a foundation for healthy aging. Inspired by its many benefits, Sarah is pursuing a certification as a Pilates instructor to share the practice with others.
