Studio Policies:

Advanced registration is mandatory! No walk-ins!

Please make your reservations with at least 6 hours notice so we can prepare for you.

Participants must confirm they are symptom-free and have not knowingly been in contact with someone who is unwell.

Payment is required prior to participating in all classes and events.

All participants must sign a waiver before attending class.

Arrive early to prepare for class. No late admittance! You will be required to do burpees to participate if you are late.

Class passes and memberships cannot be transferred to another member.

Practice hand hygiene upon your arrival to The Studio. Hand sanitizer is provided near the entrance. Please use hot water and soap for washing hands in the WC.

Participants are required to clean the equipment after use with the approved sanitation spray provided by The Studio. Participants are also encouraged to wash or sanitize hands post-cleaning.

For hygiene purposes, all attendees must bring their own mat. There is a $5 fee for mat rental.

Bare feet are not permitted on the Pilates reformers. You must wear non-slip/grip socks for all reformer classes. Socks are available to purchase from The Studio or you may rent a pair for $5.

For your safety and to avoid equipment damage, do not apply body lotion and remove all jewelry in aerial and reformer classes.

Members are not allowed to offer instruction to other members. No exceptions.

Injuries should be reported prior to the beginning of class. Any injuries that occur during class should be reported to an instructor immediately.

Remove your shoes in the mudroom and place personal items in designated areas. The Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property.

Nudity is not permitted in The Studio.

Children under age 16 are not allowed in The Studio without prior permission.

Adults 18+ are permitted to attend sensual movement classes.

Pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed in The Studio.

No alcohol or illegal drug use is permitted in The Studio.

No refunds, returns, or rollovers on class passes, memberships, private sessions, workshops, or retail.

All cancellation and waitlist policies must be followed.
Cancellation Policies:
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before the official class start time. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions. Please be respectful of our class pass and membership policies. Sending a friend or family member in your place regularly is not allowed and could result in the termination of your contract. Classes start on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted into class or you will be required to do burpees!
Waitlist Policies:
If a class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist through our website. Based on your profile preferences, you will receive a notification if a space opens. If you are waitlisted, please plan to attend class and follow all Studio and cancellation policies. If you remain waitlisted, you will not be charged for class.
All Access Pass Terms and Agreement:
The All Access Pass gives you unlimited opportunities to participate in regularly scheduled classes at The Studio. YAY!
The charge for this membership is $225 per month. Your membership begins on the purchase date and ends after one calendar month. There are no refunds or rollovers. This membership cannot be shared or transferred to another person. Member discounts do not apply to gift card purchases or booking classes for other people, and cannot be combined with other promotions. You must register online prior to attending class to reserve your space as equipment may be limited. Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions. Additional restrictions may apply.
Drop-In, 10-Pack, Monthly Special Terms and Agreement:
All drop-in, 10-pack, and Monthly Special passes must be redeemed in full per the stated length and terms of the package. These passes cannot be shared or transferred to another person. There are no refunds or rollovers (so get that booty to class!). You must register online prior to attending class to reserve your space as equipment may be limited. Please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend class or you do not send a friend or family member in your place, your class will be forfeited. No exceptions. Additional restrictions may apply.
Drop-In: valid for 30 days from purchase date
5-Pack: valid for 60 days from purchase date
10-Pack: valid for 90 days from purchase date
Monthly Special: valid for 30 days from purchase date
All Access: valid for 30 days from purchase date
The Studio Loyalty Program:
Be rewarded for your dedication! Register and sign in to your member profile to join The Studio Loyalty Program to earn points for your practice and purchases. For every $1 spent on drop-ins, class packs, membership plans, and Studio merchandise, you will earn one point. For bringing a new member to The Studio, you will earn 10 points. For scheduling a private party, you will earn 50 points! Please inform The Studio when you have invited a guest so we may add points to your account. Points are redeemable for Studio merchandise and complimentary classes. 400 points may be redeemed for a 20% discount on the purchase of Studio merchandise. 600 points may be redeemed for a complimentary group class. You may view and redeem your points in My Rewards within your membership profile. A notification with a coupon code will also be sent to the email address linked to your account when you have earned sufficient points to make a redemption.
Private Events Terms and Agreement- Bachelorette, Birthday, Girl’s Night Out parties:
All private events including Bachelorette, Birthday, and Girl’s Night Out parties must be reserved in advance and scheduled outside of normal studio hours.There is a minimum attendance requirement of three guests. It is $50/person for a 120min party. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the space on your selected date and time. The remainder of the event fee is due the day of your party. Guests who do not attend agree to forfeit their deposit. Attendees may make payment for the balance via credit card, Venmo, or our preferred option is cash. All Studio policies apply to private events.
